The challenge for local, state and federal government is to serve complex and often underserved high-risk populations in a way that allocates scarce resources effectively and strategically. Many state initiatives and programs target only a “portion” of the population – those experiencing drug use, behavioral health problems, foster care or housing problems. ProVentive’s unique approach can look across departments and grant programs, and collect disparate data to give a much more comprehensive view of the individuals and populations being served. This allows decision-makers to evaluate the most effective solutions and make more strategic decisions regarding the allocation of revenue. ProVentive’s ability to collect, aggregate and report any form of structured data allows care managers to treat and see the whole individual. The effectiveness of these interventions can be seen over time and can form the basis for future decision-making about the most effective treatment for future at-risk citizens. All results can be reported by individual as well as by demographic, geographic, and other related categories resulting in more complete accountability to policy makers and legislators. |
